Step aboard our heritage steam railway and embark on a magical journey like no other! We are proud to be the only standard-gauge heritage steam railway in Lincolnshire, and we invite you to join us this Christmas season.

Meet Father Christmas

Santa will visit each carriage during the journey, accompanied by his merry band of elves, handing out special gold coins for the children to spend in the toy shop afterwards. At the end of your ride, step into Santa's grotto to take your own photos, then make your way into the toy shop to pick a gift to cherish.

The total journey is just under an hour. Adults £10 · children aged 1–12 £20 · babies under 1 £10 (booked without a seat, travelling on a grown-up's lap).

We'd love to see everyone in their best Christmas costumes and jumpers — or something Christmassy. Sorry, no dogs are allowed on this event.

Choosing your seats

Our Santa train, carriage by carriage

The Santa train runs as four carriages. Entertainment is in coaches A, B and D, with singing and dancing in your seats. Coach C is our quiet carriage. You choose your own seats when you book, so you can sit exactly where suits your family.

We will do our utmost to provide entertainment in coaches A, B and D, but this is subject to change in cases of technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances. There is no entertainment in any carriage on the Monday. Plans are representational — exact seat positions may vary on the day.
